Natalie Pinon

Natalie Pinon is serving as Interim CEO of National Philanthropic Trust UK, having previously held the role of Executive Director of Development. Alongside her leadership of the organisation, she will continue to provide strategic oversight across development. Ms. Pinon is a senior leader in impact finance with 20 years of experience building and scaling mission-driven organisations across the philanthropy and private sectors. She has worked extensively with family offices and multi-generational global families to support their values-based giving and investing. Ms. Pinon has particular expertise advising female philanthropists and wealth holders, and supporting organisations focused on accelerating gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls. She is recognised by NatWest WISE100 as a leading woman in impact investment and mission-driven business.

 

Previously, Ms. Pinon served as Director of Impact at Social and Sustainable Capital, a leading impact investment fund, where she shaped impact strategy and portfolio management. She began her career in investment banking before moving into international development, working in the office of the United Nations Secretary-General and later at the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). She was Head of Impact at the London-based family office Novator and Senior Advisor at the Charities Aid Foundation.

 

Ms. Pinon has served on several nonprofit boards and is currently a Trustee of the Womanity Foundation. She holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and Sciences Po Paris.
